Hyperbolic Tiling
Regular {p, q} tilings of the Poincaré disk, in the manner of Escher's Circle Limit prints.
Pens
Color bands radiate from the centre toward the disk edge. Starts with 4 pens and works with anywhere from 1 to 8.
Settings
Polygon sides p, Polygons per vertex q, Centre on, Spin°, Smallest tile (mm), Style, Nested copies, Hatch spacing (mm), Hatch angle°, Draw tile edges, Boundary circle.
The preview uses the default settings on A4. Press R in the app for random variations. The SVG export is in millimetres with one Inkscape layer per pen, so it works with the AxiDraw extension, vpype and saxi.
